My name is Heather, and Family on Purpose is my life coaching practice. My mission is to help families start off well, and stay that way. As a coach, I aim to help women, couples, and families who are in transition. I do this because I am passionate about marriage, pregnancy and birth, parenting, and family life. I want to help others live their best lives, especially in these areas!

My calling to become a life coach began in early 2014. However, my focus at that time was on my new baby, and it wasn’t until the beginning of 2017 that I was able to revisit my plans to launch a career in coaching. I was trained through Christian Coach Institute and graduated as a Professional Christian Life Coach in May of 2017.

Through that program, my vision for coaching was refined, and I discovered that my new skills could be used to support mothers and couples through the stages of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. More recently, I felt God place a passion for premarital coaching on my heart.

Becoming a spouse and becoming a parent are two of the most important and precious beginnings in a person’s life. I am eager to help people as they walk through these exciting changes!

On a more personal note, I am a wife and mother myself. I have been married to my wonderful husband for seven years. I have one baby in Heaven, a four-year-old son, and a baby girl. Besides being a life coach and blogger, I am also a stay at home mom and birth educator.
